Our menu changes according to the season during which we use whatever freshly available. We like to cook traditional dishes from scratch and use only local or regional ingredients.

We select our wines from small wineries who we believe work in respect of nature and of the wine. We select the wines that we believe are representative of their territory, that tell a story of nature and life, and especially that we think taste real good!
